- Built-in Customer Support: We have observed the inconvenience users faced while seeking support via various social channels during transactional issues. To mitigate this, we introduced a customer support feature within the widget. This change has simplified the process and increased efficiency for both the end users and clients.
- Optimized KYC: Nobody likes to wait, especially when it’s about KYC verification after submitting all the necessary documents. We heard you! We’ve cut down the average KYC verification time by 50% from 36 seconds to just 18 seconds. The result? Happy users and seamless onboarding!
- Optimized Product: User-friendly interfaces can make a world of difference, especially when buying crypto or NFTs. Through constant testing and improvements, we’ve made our checkout process even smoother. This has not just enhanced user experience but also boosted conversion rates by 8% for our existing clients.
Coverage Updates

Ecosystem Updates
- Expanded Offerings: We noticed the growing desire for a diverse cryptocurrency portfolio among our users. So, we added 150 new tokens, bringing our total to over 250 major cryptocurrencies. Now, any business that integrates with Swipelux can offer these 250+ cryptocurrencies to their users.
- Token Website: Want to know more about a token? Just check out our newly created tokens page where you can find all the relevant price and project information.
- Faster Token Listing & Added Liquidity Source: We’ve trimmed the time to list a new token from 10 days to less than 48 hours. Plus, we’ve expanded our liquidity sources. This makes Swipelux a one-stop solution for any liquidity need in the market.
Partnerships
Our mission to enhance the fiat-onramp ecosystem led us to build new partnerships. We’ve recently partnered with 12 promising crypto/web3 businesses, enabling their users to buy tokens/NFTs using Visa & Mastercard without ever leaving their platforms. This improved user experience has boosted the conversion rates for our partners.

At Swipelux, we value community. It’s in this spirit that we actively took part in key web3 events recently. The Metaverse Festival 2023 and Diving into Crypto were two of these exciting events.

We’re always looking ahead. One of the challenges we’ve identified is the frustrating need for users to undergo KYC verification on different platforms. To address this, we’re building a single KYC system that can be used across platforms. More updates on this soon!
