Now, back to the Loyalty Campaign:
We’ve built a strong partnership with Concordium, helping them enhance their blockchain offerings. In a short time, we successfully listed two of their tokens—CCD and EuroE—so we had a clear understanding of what to expect from one another.

While they’ve explored various methods to boost community engagement, Concordium has faced several challenges, such as farmed accounts, difficulties distributing rewards, compliance hurdles, and a lack of gamification.

And don’t forget—the main goal of these airdrops is to engage Concordium’s audience, reward loyal users, and create buzz around the Concordium wallet.

Why Our Loyalty Campaign Was the Right Solution

Reward distribution: Handled by Swipelux using a smart contract

Everything was designed to be smooth, engaging, and easy for users to follow. And, on our end, we handled the rewards distribution via smart contracts to ensure everything went off without a hitch.

The Results We Achieved Together

Now, let’s dive into the numbers! We’re proud of what we accomplished with this campaign:

Social Media Reach and Interactions:

  • Email campaigns reached over 3,500 people, with a 15% interaction rate.
  • Twitter posts generated over 6,200 views and 120 interactions during the first interaction.
  • A follow-up post for winners saw 2,126 views and 50 interactions.
  • The blog post on the campaign attracted 300 views.

User Participation:

  • Number of users acquired: 547
  • Users who completed all tasks: 471
  • Winners selected: 300

Each task was sequential, creating a smooth funnel that led users from registration to reward. We gathered all the winners’ CCD addresses and distributed rewards accordingly.

Conclusion of the campaign 

Ultimately, the campaign achieved exactly what Concordium needed. We attracted attention to the Concordium wallet, secured numerous new registrations, and distributed rewards fairly and securely among unique users. 

Plus, we learned a lot of new things that helped us improve for the future campaigns 😎
